Our cooperation on the project 'eHealth integration platform with modernization of spa information systems including telemedicine implementation Karlova Studánka Spa s.p.' was successful. We particularly appreciate the way the initial audits and analyses were carried out, as well as functional communication and proactive cooperation in addressing comments during the public procurement phase and grant management. The benefit of the project is the implementation of telemedicine (telemetry of patients' movement and sleep activity) and integration of the spa information system, which met our expectations regarding improving the quality of care.

Project goals

The goal was comprehensive preparation of an information system project for Karlova Studánka Spa, which would enable efficient communication and data transfer both within the spa and outside it. Furthermore, an application interface was created within the project for secure communication with other healthcare facilities, doctors, or patients.

The project brought the Spa:

New communication and information system enabling access to selected integrated and secure healthcare information

Efficient, standardized, secure and legislatively clean mutual bilateral communication with external entities and ensuring international domestic and international interoperability and communication and making data and information accessible between patients and healthcare providers

Automated exchange and sharing of data with external public administration entities, i.e. integration of the healthcare facility information system into the national healthcare digitization architecture

Project Description

The project was implemented as comprehensive preparation and administration of a turnkey implementation project including the following phases:

Analysis and solution design

Detailed analysis of the Spa environment and design of solution architecture adapted to specific needs.

Grant management

Processing of complete grant application including all attachments for securing project financing from currently available grant title.

Preparation and implementation of preliminary market consultations and selection procedures.

Implementation and administration

Implementation supervision during project realization.

Grant administration of the project throughout the entire project life cycle, i.e. from application preparation, through the project implementation period to project administration during the sustainability period.
